A: Our 72V lithium battery pack is usually a packaged integrated structure, and users are not recommended to use it in series and parallel by themselves. If there is a need for larger capacity, the manufacturer can customize the design of a suitable battery pack solution and ensure that the BMS system matches to ensure safety and stable performance.

A: The operating temperature range of this battery pack is: -20°C to +60°C, and it can operate stably in normal low or high temperature environments. Under extreme low temperature conditions (below 0°C), it is recommended to use a battery system with a heating function to prevent a decrease in charging efficiency or battery activity.

A: During installation, the battery polarity should be correct, the connection should be firm, and short circuit, mechanical impact and water spray should be avoided. A dedicated charger that matches the battery pack must be used. It is forbidden to mix batteries of different types or capacities. At the same time, the battery should be firmly fixed to avoid shaking during driving.

A: Some models support Bluetooth or CAN communication protocols, and key data such as voltage, current, temperature, and remaining power can be monitored in real time through mobile phone apps or vehicle systems. BMS with remote data recording and diagnostic functions can also be selected to facilitate operation and maintenance management and fault warning.
